INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE POST OF
“JUNIOR ENGINEER (VIDYUT SAHAYAK)” 

QUALIFICATION:
B.E  or  B.Tech or equivalent Degree in Electrical Engineering  from UGC recognized University  with minimum  60%marks (Aggregate of  7th& 8th semester, first trial without ATKT) for General category candidates and  55%for Reserved category candidates. Candidates appearing in the final year exam may also apply for the post however their selection shall be subject to their acquiring minimum percentage marks in the final year without ATKT. 

Only on-line applications will be permitted on the  Company’s Website  www.ugvcl.com between 00.00 hours on 25-April-2013 till 24.00 hours on 05-May-2013.

REMUNERATION:
Fixed remuneration for 1st and 2nd year would be Rs.13, 000/-and Rs.14, 000/-  respectively per month. No other allowance or benefits would be admissible except  coverage under Personal Accident Policy, Reimbursement of TA/DA as per  Company’s rules

The syllabus of the competitive exam will be as under

There will be 4 sections in multiple choice question paper having approximate equal  weight age for each section:  weight age for each section:

Section – I General Knowledge 10%
Section – II English Language 15%
Section – III Electrical Engineering 60%
Section – IV Computer Knowledge 15%
“The question paper will be in English language only”

UR/SEBC Category Candidates have to send  Demand Draft
of Rs. 500/-. and for SC/ST Category Candidates haveto send  Demand Draft of
Rs. 250/-. payable in favor of “UGVCL, Mehsana”. And write down your Name
& Confirmation number on the back side of the Demand Draft.  Demand Draft
amount is non-refundable, towards application form fee, processing and scrutiny fee.
